FMGEM and MultiTask123 are committed to protecting the privacy of your Personal Information (defined below). This Privacy Policy explains how FMGEM collects and utilizes Personal Information to enhance your experience during your use of its products and services.

FMGEM uses the YouTube API service. FMGEM abides by the YouTube terms of service.

IMPORTANT PRIVACY INFORMATION ADVISORY:
FMGEM is a SOCIAL site and by Registering an account, you agree that your Profile, your played Videos and your saved Playlists will be part of the FMGEM community. This means your activities will be viewable in the FMGEM Video and Playlist Feeds, its Video and Playlist Search Results and that other Registered users may follow you, which allows them to view your played videos and playlists. Your Profile will also be searchable and viewable to other Registered users (Note: Profiles only consist of your user name, avatar (if you have one) and the history of your played Videos and saved Playlists). Please be aware that social features are subject to change and by using the Service, you explicitly agree to be a part of the FMGEM community as it evolves, changes or is otherwise modified.
IF YOU DO NOT WANT TO BE SOCIAL, DO NOT REGISTER AN ACCOUNT. Unregistered users may use the Service completely anonymously to search videos and albums and load the queue with videos. However, unregistered users cannot save playlists, nor participate with the FMGEM community. Unregistered users may not follow Registered users nor join FMGEM's Diamond Premium Service.
What Do We Collect And Why???
Registration will result in our storing your personal information, such as name, email, user name and possibly additional information such as your avatar. This information will be stored in FMGEM’s database. You may access your account settings to update and change some of these settings.
Additionally, you have the option to opt out of receiving promotional emails from FMGEM, receiving notifications from FMGEM, such as when someone follows you, or opting out of FMGEM social experience.
FMGEM’s Diamond Premium Service requires you to first
Register and Log In as a prerequisite for joining Diamond.
You cannot opt out of
receiving information emails, as they may be necessary to provide information
regarding your subscription, account or the Service. When joining Diamond,
your personal credit card information is NOT stored as all
financial transactions are processed and maintained by FMGEM’s third-party
providers – PayPal™ and EC Suite™.
When utilizing FMGEM, either Freemium or Diamond, you may elect to
log in to various social networks and services, such as Facebook, Google+™,
Twitter™, Pinterest™, or others.
Your various social service providers have their own privacy policies and terms
of use, and FMGEM has no involvement with them and is not responsible for
how they utilize your information.

As stated above, when you upgrade to a Diamond, you will need to provide
FMGEM with Personal Information in order to establish your identity.
All financial transactions and
information are processed and stored through third party providers such as
PayPal and EC Suite.

Additionally, FMGEM collects Personal Information to communicate with you
for effective, timely customer support when needed.
FMGEM will not rent, sell, or

If you become aware that your child
has provided us with personal information without your consent, please contact

If we become aware that a child under
13 has provided us with personal information, we take steps to remove such
information and terminate the child's account.
Our site/servers may record information ("Log Data") created by your use of the

How Does FMGEM Use Your Personal Information?

you, and communicate with you regarding billing or financial issues concerning
FMGEM services, which may be conducted by secure third party providers, such as

communicate with you concerning your account in regards to customer service
issues. This may notify you of problems arising with your preferred billing
method or advising of technical issues arising with the site, such as the need
for maintenance or updating.

upgrading from a Freemium account to a monthly recurring Diamond Premium Subscription

FMGEM
uses a variety of third party billing services hosted by third parties to help
provide our services, including PayPal or EC Suite.
Those services may collect
information sent by your browser as part of a web page request, such as cookies
or your IP request as well as necessary data to effectuate accurate billing for
your subscription.
Additionally, FMGEM utilizes the services of Discogs.com™ to power our
Find Music feature.

allows users to input the name of an artist and return their discography.
No personal information is involved

FMGEM also utilizes third party ecommerce partners such as Amazon and
other referral or advertising programs.
While we do not store any of your information, when you exit our site

Other Uses of Your Information
When you share a saved video playlist with a social network
service or via email or through FMGEM, your creation becomes part of the
internet-at-large.
In other
words, your playlist could be found on a web search.
This is particularly true if you share it via social networks, email or
other means, and the playlist goes viral.
Your playlist becomes part of the community chest, but be assured, there is no
personal information contained in your playlist.
Your name, email, etc. cannot be seen or discovered as it is not part of
the “databaseless” paradigm FMGEM uses to create, publish or store your
playlist.

Joining fmgem.com as a Diamond member may require us to e-mail you
regarding status or information concerning your account.
Such e-mails may include warnings of
impending expiration of your payment method of choice; or advising of other
problems with your Subscriber billing account; your account status or other
information concerning functions, features and status of your FMGEM and/or
MultiTask123 products and services; or to inform you about critical technical
service issues relating to a FMGEM and/or MultiTask123 products or
services.

to help content, other affiliated products and/or services, to newsletters,
blogs or other general communication venues for FMGEM and MultiTask123.
How to Access and Update Your Personal Information (for Paid
Subscribers)
To access your account information and preferences, select "Account

menus on the FMGEM website – there may be multiple methods of contact
depending on which payment services provider you chose.
Sign in to your account and modify your
information and preferences as needed.
When you access your account by logging in, you can update and/or make
sure that your account information is accurate.

Log Files
Like many other Web sites, www.fmgem.com makes use of log files. The
information inside the log files includes internet protocol (IP) addresses,
type of browser, Internet Service Provider (ISP), date/time stamp,
referring/exit pages, and number of clicks to analyze trends, administer the
site, track user’s movement around the site, and gather demographic information.
IP addresses, and other such information are not linked to any information that
is personally identifiable.
